  Worse service ever. The server argued after giving me the wrong drink and we never did get our appetizer and he tried billing is for it after blaming the kitchen. Tyler was our server and he should be fired

  This Chili's is hit or miss, but the last 3 times we came here it was super slow, and no Thousand Island dressing. There are a few great waiters/waitresses, but I've had my feel of super slow service and won't be back for a very very long time. In fact, I'd rather drive to Conway and eat at the Chilis there.

  Food was ok. My daughter loved her's but it was late arriving due to some problem in the kitchen. Music was mind-numbing, endless rock with only the bass audible on a busy night. Other than slow, service was good.

  Food not so great at this location. Service is slow, drinks hardly ever refilled. I recommend the Conway location.
